Terms of Service

1. About the Service

StashTab is an AI-powered file cabinet that helps you organize screenshots, photos, and saved links into folders, extract steps from recipes and routines, and build shareable plans and checklists. Some features require a paid subscription.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account, use another user’s account without permission, or create accounts by automated means.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or share content that:

• Violates any law or regulation;
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Contains malware, spam, or harmful code;
• Is abusive, harassing, hateful, or exploitative of minors.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Premium and Executive Elite plans are billed through Stripe in the currency shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles payment processing in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your original photos, screenshots, or links.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that AI filing, extraction, or suggestions will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you did not pay.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
